Refund policy

At DripMate™ (DRIPMATE PTY LTD – ABN 22 693 924 926), we aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience. If there are any issues with your order, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

  • Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable

If a refund cannot be approved, we will give a clear explanation.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Our support team will review and offer a replacement or refund

All issues are handled promptly and fairly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are refundable only if customer support has approved it in writing.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Contact your bank or payment provider

  2. Check the processing times with your card issuer

  3. If you still require assistance, contact us anytime
